DIY or Quick & Easy Installation 

SWALE's main aim was to produce high quality factory products that were pre-installed and tested in the factory for minimal amount of installation time. 
Fast-track systems include:
  • Twist-lock shipping container clip footing system. 
  • Concrete free easily installed 'Shorefoot Foundations'
  • Fully fitted and tested services - infrastructure supply only 
  • Installed within days of delivery. 
  • Can be self-installed or by our registered professional crew. 
  • Toolbox with spare paint, brushes, light bulbs, screws, fixings and tools required.

Pre-Installed Services

  • All services items are proven and reputed brands well known by electricians, plumbers and mechanical contractors to be easily maintained.
  • Daikin A/C units are fully installed and tested with warranties. 
  • Rinnai Infinity LPG gas hot water units with access for evacuated tube solar unit if required. 
  • Australian Standard electrical box and wiring with 15amp plug or hard wired system. Conduits and PV frames for future solar panels. 

Rattle Gun Connections

  • All louvres and accessories are battery rattle gun bolt fastened with all sockets and fixings provided.

  • All furnishings are pre-installed and safely protected inside the module. 

Surefoot Concrete free Foundation System.

  • SWALE recommend Surefoot foundation systems which are easily installed within hours without the use of machinery and damage. 
  • Like a tree root, the foundation system has a number of tubes that act like roots.
  • Surefoot top plates are recessed 100mm only below ground level then tubes are easily jack-hammered into the soil which is fully cyclone rated. 
  • Perfect for environmentally sensitive sites, Surefoot can also be pulled out as easily as they were put in if ever our modules were to be re-located.
