FIELD-HOUSE 02 – Self-Contained Version Specification
1. Steel frame, roof and corten (weathering steel) external lining, sealed with an anti-graffiti protection to provide a minimal maintenance and hard wearing finish.
2. Double insulated with high 'R-rated' enviro batts and sandwich panel to roof, ceiling, walls and floor. Phase Change light weight thermal mass can be added as an option to obtain a further thermal energy star rating.
3. 6mm toughened sunergy ‘low e’ louvre glass and sunergy ‘low e’ double glazing. High quality bi-fold door and frameless Aneeta bathroom window. Steel art style window protection / security screens
4. American oak engineered flooring over 20mm sheet ply flooring and sandwich panel insulation.
5. Composite timber decking to bathroom floor, shower walls and bathroom battening.
6. Air-conditioner and heater, installed and pre-tested.
7. Rinnai Infinity 16 gas instant hot water unit, installed and tested.
8. Australian standard electrical box, wire and light fittings installed with accredited Australian Certificate of Compliance.
9. Australian compliance, Wells approved, plumbing, range hood, hot-plate, bench oven and dish-draw.
10. OPTIONAL - Furniture products and equipment as per the our schedule .
11. 100 - 130L black or stainless steel bar fridge.
12. Bespoke handmade brass bathroom tap and steel vanity and basin.
13. Steel or recycled railway sleeper sun louvres above fold down deck and either end above windows.
