- Robust Corten (rust) Steel Cladding that does not dint or scratch and can be repaired and naturally weathered back to rust.
- Corten sheets are sealed with 2 coats of Dulux's 'Anti-Graffiti' sealer providing a tough sealer that won't chip or flake during the rattle run installation process. This combination not only provides a maintenance free, indistructable cladding but also a significant cost and time saving with toxic commercial paints.
- Reduced pallet of raw materials - Steel, toughened glass and recycled hardwood timbers means there's no ticky-tacky, fiddly bits to vibrate loose during transport or wear over time.
- All internal linings are a 9mm 'E-Board' environmentally healthy green robust sheet in an expressed layout creating a crack free and damage proof environment. The express lining system also provides a future proof access system. Wet area's consist of an environmental 9mm magnesium board again with additional strength.
- The main structure, louvres and window protection screens are structural steel profiles, over engineered to make the product as strong and durable as possible ensuring your asset stays an asset for the next user instead of becoming another portable home liability.
