High quality foreshore cabins along Melbourne's coastline connecting comfortable, sustainable visitors to the sound of Port Phillips rolling waves. Both site are nestled under the tea-trees and contain filtered bay views. All services are located at the site and as a sample caravan park case-study, town-planning is not required. Modules would be coming from the port of Melbourne.
1. Property Location / Assumption
As per most caravan parks access this site is set up for large caravans and motor homes and has adequate access for delivery and installation.
2. The Concept / Market
There is an abundance of accommodation in the areas but little high quality, beach front, boutique units for couples to get away or small groups to enjoy the feel of camping under the trees with the sound of the ocean. Optional extras include; Second decks nestled into the landscape in pockets of the best views with outside tables and chairs and outdoor showers.
3. The Product
NOOK Earths (Eco-Hut 01 - 27m2 & Eco-Hut 02 - 32m2), with optional private decks and outdoor showers, will be placed on twist-locked sure-foot foundations without the need for excavation or machines, creating a truly 'Low Impact development' within the protected natural environment. Installed and operating within a day or two with minimal disruption to the park.
