1. NOOK EARTH / (ECO-HUT 02) COUPLE & TWIN CABINS
NOOK Earth / Eco-Hut02 is a 20FT - 6m easily transported, craned and twist-locked clipped into position on sure-foot foundations that don't require concrete or machines. Installation comes complete with or without furniture can easily be open for business within a day or easily folded back up and relocated within a day.
Depending on you environmental requirements, SWALE modules come with optional rainwater tanks, Solar PV powered cells and other optional ecological sustainable utilities.

2. NOOK SUN / FAMILY CABINS
NOOK Sun / Family Cabin is a 48FT - 14.4m single module 2 bedroom park cabin or house, easily installed exactly the same way as our smaller units. Designed to be a family cabin or a shared worker home with private ends and shared kitchen and lounge facilities, the NOOK Sun offers all the quality living within a high density budget. Doubling the rooms and halving the kitchen, lounge and utilities creates significant value for money.
3. NOOK WATER / (BREEZE) FAMILY HOMES
NOOK Water (BREEZE) is a 2 48FT - 14.4m or (16m version) modular home with optional 20Ft - 6.0m 3rd room. This home has one or two fold down decks depending on your site conditions and budget. The BREEZE is the perfect example of rapid, affordable, adaptable homes that are open, modern, sustainable and a pleasure to live in

4. UP-CYCLE BUDGET / FULLY ADAPTABLE BUDGET CABINS
UP-CYCLE is our branding for either recycled corten shipping containers or the recycling of used portable accommodation.
UP-CYCLE Budget was originally designed for refugee accommodation but has the structural integrity and amended finishes to be a very affordable park accommodation facility. The beauty of the product is the ability to continually stack or adapt these units together. Being a straight 20FT unit configuration transport, cranage and installation are all significant savings.
Quirky, fun space can be easily formed within these units that have the ability to grow into cool affordable homes.

UP-CYCLE Bunk-House again is a 20FT 6.0m recycled shipping container high density stackable accommodation concept creating sleeping facilities for up to 14 beds per level.

NOOK Air is a 20FT - 6m. A 20’ high cube module that is easily craned over an existing building and unfolds into an instant spa retreat, BBQ / sauna / bathroom/ entertaining complex.
A modular option to connect your caravan park to a haven of relaxation with this community BBQ entertainment area. Complete with BBQ fringe, sink, hot and cold water, bathroom, dining tables and chairs and optional hot-tub and deck chairs.

7. NOOK CAFE / OFFICE - RECEPTION
Coffee-House is a combination of one or two 20FT 6.0m x 3.5m modules specifically designed as a cafe and hot food venue but easily modified to be a connecting quirky reception or business center. Current floor plans and prices are available on request.
